We started the day with a swim at the pool. It is very
pleasant swimming outside, with heaps of people about enjoying the water. Lots
of kids, and quite a good group of life-saving kids. We had only one lane for
lane swimming, and there always seems to be somebody who isn’t very good at the
etiquette of lane-swimming, this time a woman who was doing major flexes off
the diving stand at the end of the lane.
All afternoon was on skirting and trim. Both are long and
slow jobs, but satisfying in that they are the very last thing to be done in
each area.
