I felt fine this morning, and my initial drink went down and
stayed down, so business as usual. Presumably the baguette must have been a
little off. Thankfully Karen had no issues at all.
After the market, we watched the Olympics. It turns out that
France TV have at least one channel full time on the Olympics, though it does
swap from 2 to 3 to 5 at times. We had been concerned that we wouldn’t have
much coverage as getting the sat dish sorted is impossible unless M. Antonetti
is upstairs, and we of course can’t predict that. He is there Monday and
Tuesday so we will try to get it sorted next week.
Being a weekend we are reluctant to work, but thought fixing
up the wardrobe didn’t really count! So we levelled it up (all our floors
slope, normally down away from the walls) and fixed the top and the rails. We
had a spare top from it, so we used that to make more shelves. Three hours
later we were very pleased with how it worked out. The final stage will be to
put the curtain up in front of it.
