No work done by John yet because the plumber arrived soon after 8am as promised and has been hard at work all day. J & I have spent most of the day installing the kitchen cabinets properly, the rangehood and so on. The plumber very quickly dispatched the tiles from around the bath this morning and they lugged the brutally heavy cast iron bath down the stairs before lunch. J is now helping the plumber put together the shower components in the bathroom.
